Our Process
Introductory Meeting
Meet in person to talk through different amenities you would want shot, plan the actual shoot date, provide a timeline for the overall shoot, and go over any additional questions. Here you can select from a range of add-ons including 3D motion graphics, voiceovers, social media clips, and more to personalize your video flyovers.
Set a Flight Date
Plan a date when the course is in its best shape to have our videographer shoot your course in the morning or afternoon. The hole-by-hole flyovers usually takes around 2-3 tee time slots to shoot, and the “movie trailer” reel can be done without pause in play.
Receive your edited videos in as little as two weeks
Once received, you can look over the finished product and decide what edits you would like to be made. Then we will revise what you think is necessary, such as the speed of the video, motion graphics design, etc.
Seamless Integration
Once the final edits are made, we will work with your website provider to make it easy for golfers to view the videos on your website. We can also compact the flyovers into QR codes linked to a mobile-friendly, secure webpage. This page, branded with your logo and colors, will feature all 18-hole flyovers, allowing golfers to navigate their round with ease. We can design and provide QR codes for application on carts, scorecards, tee boxes etc.
